I began my plumbing career more than 25 years ago by attending plumbing trade school in Long Beach. After completing my training, I worked for several plumbing service companies, gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, water heaters, leak detection, and customer service. Every position helped shape my skills, but I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. That dream became Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter. From the very beginning, my goal wasn't just to start another plumbing company. I wanted to create a business that puts customers first by providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and exceptional communication. I believe plumbing is about more than fixing pipes. It's about helping people solve problems, earning their trust, and building relationships that last long after the job is complete.
Today, I'm proud to lead a family-owned company with the same values that inspired me to start it. After more than 25 years in the industry, I still genuinely enjoy helping customers and take pride in delivering the kind of service I'd want for my own family.
Billy is known for solving complex plumbing problems that others can't. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience, he specializes in plumbing diagnostics, leak detection, sewer and drain systems, water service replacements, commercial plumbing, and water heater installations.
As the owner, Billy remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. He oversees estimates, supports the field team, mentors technicians, and helps ensure every job meets Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter's high standards. Customers often appreciate his honest approach, practical solutions, and willingness to explain their options without pressure.

Billy graduated from Alta Loma High School before pursuing his passion for the plumbing trade by attending a plumbing trade school in Long Beach. After years of hands-on experience in the field, he earned his California Plumbing Contractor's License in 2013.
