With over 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Billy is still out in the field, handling plumbing repairs, installations, and emergencies across our community. Billy’s passion for plumbing goes beyond fixing pipes it’s about helping homeowners and businesses solve their toughest challenges and building lasting connections. He founded Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter to provide quality plumbing services, affordable pricing, and exceptional customer care. Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Billy takes pride in serving his hometown and surrounding areas. His favorite color is blue. He’s a big fan of all kinds of food (no favorites – he loves it all!). Sundays are for watching football and spending quality time with family. Billy is a proud dog dad to three fur babies. The General Manager of Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter, where she helps lead the company with integrity, organization, and a true commitment to customer care. With a strong focus on communication and quality service, Jessica works behind the scenes to ensure every project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final inspection. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Jessica brings Southern California warmth and drive into everything she does. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active with CrossFit, indulging in her favorite thing- trying new food, and spending time with her dogs, who definitely run the house. She believes that hard work, consistency, and a positive attitude are the foundation of both business and life.

Our seasoned plumbing pro who's been fixing leaks, busting clogs, and keeping pipes in check since 1983! That’s over 40 years of plumbing expertise before Wi-Fi, before smartphones. Jose’s favorite part about plumbing? No two jobs are the same, and he gets to meet new people every day. Plus, he’s not stuck behind four walls unless he’s snaking a drain in a crawlspace. When he’s not out saving the world one pipe at a time, Jose is down for any food but teppan grill is his jam! If you ever need a drain cleared and a dinner recommendation, he's your guy. He also has a soft spot for the color blue, so if you ever see him in a blue shirt, just know he's in his happy place.

Growing up in vibrant Los Angeles, Miguel learned to appreciate hard work and community. He’s a big fan of seafood, with shrimp and fish dishes always at the top of his list. Oh, and his favorite color? Burgundy! Miguel is all about problem-solving and enjoys coming up with efficient solutions for even the trickiest plumbing challenges. What he loves most about plumbing is that it’s a field where you’re always learning, evolving, and improving your skills. And the best part? That unbeatable feeling when a job is done right and the customer’s smile says it all! Miguel is known for always wearing a smile, no matter how tough the job may be. He believes a positive attitude goes a long way in creating happy customers and making the workday more enjoyable. Miguel says it best: "I love that every day in plumbing is different, you're always learning something new, and there's nothing better than solving a problem and seeing a happy customer."

He is a Fontana native and Upland-raised, so you could say he's got local roots that run deeper than some of our pipes! When he's not fixing leaky faucets or unclogging drains, he's working on restoring antique tools like a true craftsman. Seriously, this guy is like a plumbing historian. Will’s also a proud dog dad to a husky and a Great Pyrenees, which are as strong and dependable as his plumbing skills. Now, when it comes to food, this guy has too many delicious options to choose from. As for his cooking... Will's signature dish is campfire lasagna. Yep, you heard that right - he's the campfire lasagna king!
