He founded Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter to provide quality plumbing services, affordable pricing, and exceptional customer care. Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Billy takes pride in serving his hometown and surrounding areas. His favorite color is blue. He’s a big fan of all kinds of food (no favorites – he loves it all!). Sundays are for watching football and spending quality time with family.
