10 foot sewer repair
He was awesome!!!
I was called to a home to fix a dishwasher that was not draining. I found that the air gap was clogged with food buildup. I removed the air gap and cleared the drain hose. After that, the dishwasher worked perfectly.
Sewer line repair. We started by excavating a 5' x 5' hole at the 4th cleanout by the fence to uncover the damaged section of the sewer line. We removed the damaged pipe and addressed any root intrusion present in that segment of the system. We then installed a new pipe section equipped with a bullhorn cleanout, which allowed us to go both ways in the sewer system for future maintenance. We backfilled and compacted the trench and installed two new cement cleanout covers. This service entails a repair only, and ongoing maintenance of the system, including an annual Hydro Jetter session with root cutters, remains essential. We anticipate completing this project within one day and offer a one-year warranty.
I inspected the sewer line and found a compromised section of cast-iron piping. To address this issue, I proposed removing asphalt and concrete to reposition the sewer line and ensure proper drainage. I will replace the compromised section with a comprehensive concrete patch.
