1. Pressure Regulator Replacement Upon inspection, the existing 1” single-union 600XL pressure regulator was leaking and malfunctioning. We removed the old unit and installed a new 1” double-union 700XL pressure regulator to allow for easier replacement in the future. Work included: • Replumbing necessary piping • Soldering new fittings • Installation and system testing 2. Heater Treatment Filter Replacement Customer had an active water leak from the existing heater treatment filter unit. The original unit is no longer manufactured, so we supplied and installed a comparable replacement unit. Work included: • Cutting into existing piping • Installing new treatment unit • Pressurizing system • Testing for leaks

Responded to a service call for sewer gases/odor coming from the restroom clean-out located in the master bedroom wall next to the toilet. Upon inspection, this was an area previously serviced. Reset the clean-out cap and properly sealed the threads using pipe dope and Teflon tape. Additionally, applied caulking around the chrome cover plate to ensure an airtight seal. After completing the repairs, the area was tested and verified. The odor has been eliminated at this time.
To pull and reset toilet in master bathroom also to turn off water main drain system to remove and install a 1/2x3/8 compression quarter turn angle stop and supply line to toilet. 90 days on workmanship
back to back lave stoppages To remove 1 1/2 trap to lave in hallway bathroom to clear back to back lave stoppage thur 1 1/2 trap arm,had to go back and forth to clear stoppage pull back hair. 30 days warranty on stoppage.
Customer called for a shower that was backing up after attempting to clear it with an auger but was unsuccessful. Bow Tie used a 1/4-inch cable, running approximately 40 feet, to clear the clog. After service, the shower was tested and is now draining properly. Noted that the pipes are old, which may contribute to future drainage issues.

I was called to a home to unclog a shower drain. I used a 1/4-inch cable to remove wipes and clear the clog. I then tested the system to ensure proper functioning.
Bow tie plumbing did an excellent job in fixing a clogged shower and toilet. Billy answered right away and was able to get a plumber to our home within a few hours on a Saturday. Miguel arrived and was able to immediately determine the issue. Gave us updates and fair pricing. Appreciated that he tried to resolve the issue the least expensive way first. His service was excellent and efficient. Will use them again for other plumbing needs.

Provided free estimate to removed the existing dishwasher unit and install new customer supplied unit. • Customer supplied unit and installed a new 12-foot water supply line to ensure a proper and secure connection to the new unit provided by bow tie plumbing. • Installed the new dishwasher, connected water supply, drain line, and electrical components. • Tested the system for leaks and proper operation. • Once confirmed, secured and strapped the unit in place for stability. • To removed old, corroded angle stop valves under the sink. • Supplied and installed new two-way angle stop shut-off valves for both hot and cold water lines. • Once installed, tested all connections to ensure proper operation with no leaks.

clogged mainline. Ran mainline machine through 3 inch clean out in backyard approximately 85 feet to clear stoppage. Ran water to push debris out of pipe and ran a camera to identify problem. Found a section of pipe holding water.
