I was called to a job where the staff bathroom toilet was constantly flushing. Upon inspection, I found that the flush valve needed to be rebuilt and the flush handle needed to be replaced. I replaced the diaphragm, vacuum breaker, o ring, and handle rebuild. I also repaired two women's bathroom toilets that were leaking. I rebuilt the toilets with new diaphragms, vacuum breakers, o rings, and handle rebuilds. I provided a 90-day warranty on my workmanship.

I repaired a broken Sloan valve, replacing the inner cap, diaphragm, vacuum breaker, and handle gasket and springs.

I moved a 2 1/2 inch copper waterline over 3 feet and removed a bent section of 2 1/2 inch pipe. I will install 10 feet of 2 1/2 inch pipe and reuse the 2 1/2 inch copper riser. I will remove the original 2 1/2 inch 90 and install a new 2 1/2 inch pro press 90, two to three 2 1/2 inch couplings, and two more 2 1/2 inch 90s if needed. I will add a new support strap for the additional 3 to 4 feet of pipe.

I was called to a home to fix a toilet that was not flushing. I found that the wire that connects the handle to the cartridge had come loose. I replaced the wire and bracket and the toilet was working again.
