I had to remove the cover to access the pump and start filling it up. I tested the floats and made sure there was nothing in the tank. After that, I turned on the mop sink to fill it up and check for leaks. Everything looked good, so I turned off the water and disconnected the hose.

I removed the paper towel that was wrapped around the pump and the float and tested the pumps 4 times by filling up water until the float started to work again.

I received a call about a toilet in the men's restroom that was not flushing properly. I arrived at the scene and found that the toilet was clogged. I used a cable to try to clear the clog, but it was unsuccessful. I then rebuilt the Sloan flush valve, diaphragm, tail piece o-ring, inside cover, and vacuum breaker seal for the toilet. After completing the repairs, the toilet was working properly again.
