We just completed a bathroom renovation and Bow Tie did the plumbing for it. William did most of the work and Billy did the final steps at the job's completion. Both were excellent and we would definitely recommend them. The price was fair and the job was well done.

Smith gas water heater with new earthquake straps, expansion tank, water heater pan, gas flex line, sediment trap, hot and cold flex lines, and emergency shutoff ball valve. Haul away and disposal of existing water heater is included. 1 year warranty on workmanship. 6 year manufacturer warranty.
Installed new 75 gallon AO Smith water heater. Job Description: Install new AO Smith 75-gallon gas water heater with all necessary supporting materials, code upgrades, safety devices, and connect to existing plumbing and recirculation system. Master bathroom remodel. Technician on site installed new customer supplied shower valve in master bathroom and removed existing shower valve. Reworked shower drain with new ebbe drain and p trap. Secured new drain line to plywood subfloor. Capped off 3/4 hot and cold water lines and drain for bathtub. Patched concrete after capping off drain line. Replaced hot and cold iron pipe angle stops for bathroom sink. Return trip to install trim is included in this price. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Customer called for a broken angle stop that failed during a faucet replacement in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Upon inspection, both the hot and cold angle stops were found to be aged and in poor condition, with a high likelihood of failure. It was recommended that both angle stops be replaced to prevent future leaks. Installed new quarter-turn angle stops for both hot and cold water lines, along with new stainless steel braided supply lines and new compression fittings. After installation, the water supply was restored and the system was tested to ensure proper operation, correct drainage, and to confirm there were no leaks. 90 day warranty

Performed hydro jetting on the kitchen drain line due to heavy grease buildup causing water to back up into the sink. A water pressure washer was run simultaneously to help push debris through to the main line. After completion, the line was tested by running water and is now draining properly. We also used a camera to inspect the the pipe. A six-month warranty is provided on the kitchen line. Service performed by Bow Tie Plumbing
Called for a leak from the shower head. Upon inspection, it was recommended to replace the shower cartridge to stop the leak. The main water supply was shut off to complete the repair. After replacing the cartridge, the system was tested for proper operation. Hot water is functioning correctly, and the shower no longer leaks when shut off. 90 day warranty Customer called for multiple leaks at various fixtures. Upon further inspection, the pressure regulator was tested and found to be malfunctioning. Water pressure was reading at 105 PSI and could not be adjusted. The pressure regulator was replaced. After replacement, the system was tested for proper operation and water pressure was restored to 75 PSI. Warranty: One-year warranty on workmanship and materials provided by Bow Tie Plumbing.
Responded to call for a mainline stoppage. Upon further inspection, determined the blockage was caused by a check valve box that needs to be removed to prevent future stoppages. To clear the line, ran a mainline cable through the roof via a vent line. Cable was run approximately 80 feet until the obstruction was cleared and water began draining properly. System tested and confirmed to be draining as expected at this time.” Warranty: Service is covered by a one-month warranty through Bow Tie Plumbing.

We had our hot water heater go out. Jose came out and quickly determined the unit needed to be replaced due to age. He was extremely professional and had the unit swapped out the next day. Will only use Bowtie for any plumbing needs. Billy and his team have always been easy to work with and extremely honest. Hes even walked me through some simple fixes over the phone rather than coming out and charging us for a service.

Replaced master bathroom faucet with customer supplied faucet. 1 year warranty on workmanship. Replaced master bathroom faucet with customer supplied faucet.
Called for a noise coming from the water heater. The customer mentioned it might be coming from the expansion tank. Upon further inspection, it was determined that the noise was coming from a small water detector box for the water heater, which required a battery replacement. The battery was replaced, and the noise stopped. The water heater and expansion tank were inspected and found to be operating properly. No issues were observed at this time.
Installed new customer-supplied kitchen faucet. Removed existing sensor faucet to accommodate the new installation. After installation, the faucet was tested to ensure proper and normal functioning.
To unjam disposal stoppage food buildup. Recommend to install a 1/2 hp or 3/4 hp disposal 30 days warranty. on disposal stoppage only.

Found a leak in the supply line from the water meter and had CVWD come out to assess to problem. The leak was on the household side of the meter, and so was my "Problem". Consulted a neighbor, who recommended Bow Tie. Your tech came out and was able to fix the problem with 2 hours, including waiting for pipe cement to "Cure".

Great experience with Bow Tie, specifically with Billy and William. When we decided to proactively redo our pipes due to concerns around slab / pinhole leaks, from the very beginning I felt comfortable with Billy. He was upfront, honest, and at no point did he pressure us or catastrophize something going horribly if we didn't repipe. In my conversations with Billy, I can tell that he is honest, hard working, and values his clients. There are probably hundreds of plumbers within a 30 mile radius, but I doubt there are many that demonstrate the integrity that Bow Tie does. Use them! They're awesome.
