Bow Tie Plumbing will install a new 3/4 Moen Flo smart water shutoff valve. In order to install the new valve we will have to re work the main riser to have enough space for the valve. We will install a new ball valve shutoff, re install the existing pressure regulator, and install a new tee and hose bib. Moen Flo will be plugged into exterior outlet near front do
Bill was very friendly and professional.
Master bathroom shower clog. Ran quarter inch cable back and forth while running water to clear stoppage.
To clear tub stoppage thru over in hallway bathroom pull back a lot of hair.
Repipe Scope of Work: Install new hot and cold water lines for all fixtures. Replace quarter-turn angle stops and steel braided supply lines at all fixtures. Install single-handle tub/shower valves in the master and hallway bathrooms. Replace laundry bibs with new quarter-turn bibs. Install a ¾-inch lever-handle shut-off valve and flex line for the water heater. Install a new Moen Flo, ball valve and hose bib for main riser Moen Flo will be plugged in to exterior plug near backyard fence. If the cord doesn’t reach an extension cord can be used. Bow Tie plumbing is not responsible for installing a new electrical outlet. Bow Tie Plumbing will patch drywall or stucco caused by the re-pipe but is not responsible for painting. Great experience with Bow Tie, specifically with Billy and William. When we decided to proactively redo our pipes due to concerns around slab / pinhole leaks, from the very beginning I felt comfortable with Billy. He was upfront, honest, and at no point did he pressure us or catastrophize something going horribly if we didn't repipe. In my conversations with Billy, I can tell that he is honest, hard working, and values his clients. There are probably hundreds of plumbers within a 30 mile radius, but I doubt there are many that demonstrate the integrity that Bow Tie does. Use them! They're awesome.

I was called to clear a kitchen stoppage in a home. I ran a 1/2 cable all the way out to clear the stoppage. I had to go back and forth to clear the stoppage.
Install customer supplied lave faucet. To remove and install customer supplied lave faucet and pop up in hallway bathroom. 90 days warranty on workmanship Install customer supplied kitchen faucet To remove and install customer supplied kitchen faucet with pull out spayer. Rework drain underneath kitchen sink To remove and install 1 1/2 abs tubular drain, trap and reconnect drain properly and clear dishwasher drain. 30 days on dishwasher
Called for toilets backing up inside the house. The customer already had the toilet removed and ready for service. Proceeded to run the main line cable to remove the clog and restore proper drainage. After clearing the line, tested by running water and confirmed everything is now draining properly.
Jose and Fabian came to my house ahead of schedule and were able to give me an estimate for what I needed done. Not only did they give an estimate, they were able to complete all the plumbing tasks that morning they were there. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done. Miguel showed up quickly to my emergency call on a Saturday afternoon when my drains plugged up and water started backing up into my home. He was very energetic, kind and knowledgeable. He explained what his process beforehand and was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He put his camera down the pipe to confirm and show me that the blockage was cleared. I would highly recommend Miguel and Bow Tie Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future. PSA- Dont flush flushable wipes down the toilet! Thank you again, Miguel and Billy!

Mainline stoppage. Ran mainline machine back and forth to clear stoppage.
Install customer supplied vanity and two widespread faucet and pop up. Install new 1 in pressure regulator and 1 in ball valve.
I was called to install compression angel stops on a water main drain system. I removed and replaced a 1/2x 3/8 compressor angle stop and installed a new air gap.
I installed compression angle stop under the kitchen sink. I also installed a new air gap.
I had found a very small leak in a tight space underneath the kitchen sink. Jose from Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter came to the house and was not only patient with me as i described the problem but very thorough as he checked for the leak. It took some time but he found the leak and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with his service and glad he just didn't do a quick look and give up because it was a small space. Provided prompt and good service. Would call them for service again if i need more plumbing work.

We had Bow Tie Plumbing come out to install a valve on our gas line so we could hook up an external generator, and the whole experience was excellent. I wasnt sure I could trust my choice with Yelp again as my last choice with an electrician with Yelp was a fail, but decided to give it a go again. I couldnt go another day collecting and preventing food from going down my broken garbage disposal. A couple companies I called never even got back to me but I actually got a live person when I called Bow Tie Plumbing. The girl on the phone was very nice, friendly, and she was able to set up an appt with me. The person they sent was a little late but it was nice that the owner, Billy, I believe, communicated with us how far along our plumber would be arriving. William was very professional and was able to give us choices on the type of pricing and HP garbage disposals available to install that we preferred and completed his work well. I now have a working garbage disposal thanks to Bow Tie Plumbing. I would trust this company as they seem very professional, honest, and reliable, which is very difficult to find these days. I will definitely consider them again on any plumbing work in the future.
