Leak under bathroom sink: Customer had installed new P-trap with extension tailpiece, but had some minor leaks when water was turned on. We had to take P-trap apart and we said everything in order to have no leaks and have working properly. We also had to replace pop-up assembly with new finger pop-up assembly in order to have to have it working and hold water when it's necessary. Hydrojetting: Customer has a kitchen line that he wants to keep working good and do maintenance for it so we are going to be using our mini hydro-Jetter to remove All grease buildup and anything else in drain line. once the jetting is done, we will test to make sure water is draining properly.

I had super high pressure in my water line (pressure blew off a hose connection one night at 3am). I'd left the hose on during the day (the hand held sprayer was trying to keep the water from flowing LOL). I fortunately heard the fountain of water spray against the wall when the connection gave way and so got up and turned off the main landscape line until normal business hours the next day. I called Bow Tie and they came out within an hour of my call. They checked both incoming main water line to the house and landscaping line. My ater pressure was 120psi. Should be NO more than 80psi. He changed out the pressure regulator to the house immediately. He explained the whole process and that I surely didn’t want this high of water pressure in the house. I feel that my outside hose was a welcomed warning and I saved a possible catastrophe inside the house with my pipes and/or appliances. I am a happy camper. Bow Tie is very professional and a joy to work with!

Cartridge removal and water heater flush. Removed cartridge to flush sediment out of shower valve. Flushed water heater and found lots of calcium and debris.

Clogged area drains. Customer had area drains that are clogged and have to use a main line cable from the street end of the pipe in order to clear the clog and have draining properly, when using cable we pulled out a lot of roots that are causing the clog. After pulling some roots we use our camera to see what is causing the problem and we notice they had a lot of roots and the pipe is getting crush and it’s necessary to do a repair to have draining properly.

I was called to fix a leaking hose bibb in front of a customer's house. I had to turn off the water and drain system to remove the old hose bibb and install the new one. It was a simple job, but it took some time to complete.

I was called to a customer's home to repair a leak in their irrigation line. The leak was located underground, and I had to use a grinder with a concrete blade to cut through the concrete and expose the pipe. After that, I had to use a jackhammer to break up the concrete around the pipe. Once the concrete was broken up, I could dig out the area and do the repair. The repair involved replacing a small section of pipe and applying a concrete patch to seal the leak.

I installed 2 customer supplied widespread faucets in the master bathroom and replaced all 10 compression angle stops in the home. Both bathroom sinks clogged. We ran a drain machine to clear both stoppages. Laundry bibbs both frozen, replaced them with new compression laundry bibbs.

I cleared a main line stoppage by running a mainline from the cleanout to the street and clearing the blockage. I also ran a camera to find three sections of pipe with root intrusion. I checked the water pressure to the home and found it to be 95 psi, exceeding the limit of 80 psi for plumbing in the home. I recommended a new pressure regulator to be installed.
