Broken hose bib replacement. Had to remove existing fittings in order to install a new garden hose bib. After installation, the hose bib was tested and is functioning properly with no leaks.

Call out to locate slab leak had to cut drywall underneath cabinet lo located a 1/2 hot water line leaking. Gave customer price to do repair he said his handyman will take care of it.

To remove and replace cold and hot laundry bibs will install compression 1/4 turn laundry bibbs and chrome flanges.

Call out to garbage disposal jam, on arrival disposal blade is moving freely but the motor will not engage. Internal components have failed, garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Disposal is also showing signs of rust on the bottom and may leak soon. Bow tie plumbing will remove old garbage disposal and replace with a new badger 5 garbage disposal. 90 day warranty on workmanship. We will haul away and dispose of the old garbage disposal as well.

Bow Tie Plumbing successfully relocated the original water heater to the outside. We installed new hot and cold water lines, along with a ½-inch gas line to the new location. A new water heater shed was installed on a prefab concrete slab, and new galvanized venting was run to the roofline of the house. We carefully demoed the original water heater closet so the customer could reuse the plywood for their dog run. Any necessary drywall patching in the area where the water heater was previously located was completed by Bow Tie Plumbing.

On upon arrival customer show me where floor was buckling fill up kitchen sink with water, drain water checked for leaks check ok,check underneath dishwasher checked ok check drywall with moisture reading checked ok,checked laminate flooring found moisture. Customer said when he replace water filter it leak and possible water ran thur wall and got laminate floors wet. Told customer to keep using fixtures and call us back if any water comes up.

To remove and install a new delta shower valve with chrome trim

Kitchen stoppage - To clear kitchen stoppage thru 1 1/2 santee will have to remove 1 1/2 trap.

Called out for a clogged toilet. Tested by flushing, and observed the toilet backing up. Proceeded to use a 6-foot toilet auger to clear the blockage. After several passes, the line cleared and the toilet began draining properly. Final test confirmed normal operation.

Shower and toilet stoppage, To auger toilet stoppage could not clear had to pull and reset toilet to clear stoppage thur closet bend had to go back and forth to clear ,also ran camera to locate problem found a lot of build on sewer line and roots in front of house.

Installed a new Moen kitchen faucet with spray head. After installation, we tested the faucet to ensure there were no leaks and confirmed proper hot and cold water functionality. A 90-day warranty is provided on workmanship.

Camera inspection: To run camera thru 3 in roof vent. Ran camera all the way to city sewer one offset on street, recommend to install a main line clean out to ground level.

Bidet replacement: • Shut off the water supply. • Remove the existing bidet and supply line. • Install a new supply line and new Toto bidet. • Once installation is complete, test the unit to ensure it is functioning properly. Tank less water heater maintenance: Perform maintenance on the tankless water heater by flushing it with a descaling solution to remove mineral buildup and improve performance. Replace the existing water filter as requested by the customer.

Water Heater Repair: Install new burner for an AO Smith water heater. The part was under warranty. No warranty on the part 90 day warranty on workmanship

Callout for no hot water in upstairs shower. Replaced kohler shower cartridge. 1 year warranty on workmanship.

Leak under bathroom sink: Customer had installed new P-trap with extension tailpiece, but had some minor leaks when water was turned on. We had to take P-trap apart and we said everything in order to have no leaks and have working properly. We also had to replace pop-up assembly with new finger pop-up assembly in order to have to have it working and hold water when it's necessary. Hydrojetting: Customer has a kitchen line that he wants to keep working good and do maintenance for it so we are going to be using our mini hydro-Jetter to remove All grease buildup and anything else in drain line. once the jetting is done, we will test to make sure water is draining properly.

Removed and install a 1 in pressure regulator doubled union and a 3/4 female hose bibb.

Unclog kitchen sink using quarter inch cable. Also had to replace ABS P-trap

Cartridge removal and water heater flush. Removed cartridge to flush sediment out of shower valve. Flushed water heater and found lots of calcium and debris.

Clogged area drains. Customer had area drains that are clogged and have to use a main line cable from the street end of the pipe in order to clear the clog and have draining properly, when using cable we pulled out a lot of roots that are causing the clog. After pulling some roots we use our camera to see what is causing the problem and we notice they had a lot of roots and the pipe is getting crush and it’s necessary to do a repair to have draining properly.

I was called to fix a leaking hose bibb in front of a customer's house. I had to turn off the water and drain system to remove the old hose bibb and install the new one. It was a simple job, but it took some time to complete.

Hot Water Heater Flush

I was called to a customer's home to repair a leak in their irrigation line. The leak was located underground, and I had to use a grinder with a concrete blade to cut through the concrete and expose the pipe. After that, I had to use a jackhammer to break up the concrete around the pipe. Once the concrete was broken up, I could dig out the area and do the repair. The repair involved replacing a small section of pipe and applying a concrete patch to seal the leak.

I replaced both hot and cold laundry bibbs with new quarter turn laundry bibbs. I offer a 1 year warranty on my workmanship.
