Water Service Line Replacement Upon arrival, I was dispatched to investigate a leak in the property's water service piping. Inspection revealed a pressurized galvanized water main serving both the home and irrigation system was leaking. To permanently address the issue, Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter will replace the existing water service line from the meter to the home and irrigation connection. Scope of Work Excavate approximately 50 feet from the water meter to the home Install approximately 50 feet of new HDPE water service piping underground Install a new 1-inch copper riser with ball valve and pressure regulator Install a new irrigation isolation valve Tie into the existing galvanized piping within the crawlspace of the home Install brass transition fittings to help prevent electrolysis between the new copper and existing galvanized piping Pressure test the new water service prior to backfilling Backfill all excavated areas upon completion of the installation Result

I addressed two leaking toilets by removing and resetting them. I replaced the wax rings and closet bolts to ensure a watertight seal, preventing further leaks.

Service Report – Kitchen Sink Drain Backup Customer called reporting that the kitchen sink had not been draining and had been backing up for the past two days. Upon arrival, inspected the kitchen drain line and confirmed a blockage in the kitchen branch line. Property is equipped with an exterior clean-out, which provided access for proper servicing. Customer initially requested to run a cable to clear the drain. However, after evaluation, we recommended using a hydro jetter to thoroughly remove heavy grease buildup and debris from the pipe walls, rather than temporarily opening the line with a cable. ⸻ Work Performed: • Accessed drain line through exterior clean-out. • Ran hydro jetter through kitchen waste branch line. • Cleared grease buildup and debris from inside pipe walls. • Continued jetting until water began draining properly. • Flushed line multiple additional times to ensure proper flow. • Tested system to confirm kitchen sink is draining correctly

Service Summary: Responded to a call for a clogged bathtub. Ran a 1/4-inch cable approximately 30 feet to clear the blockage. After retrieving the cable, it was determined that hair buildup was causing the clog. Cleaned the line thoroughly, reassembled the overflow cover, and tested the bathtub by running water. The drain is now flowing properly and the bathtub is working as it should.

Hot water reroute: Sudden escape of water due to a burst hot water line In the slab. Bow Tie Plumbing had to line locate copper water system to locate each copper manifold that is in the walls in order to bypass the slab leak and reroute the 3/4” hot waterline through the walls and ceiling. Once we were able to determine what copper water line was leaking, we were able to disconnect that one independent line from the copper system and reroute that line back into the Plumbing system.

I ran a quarter-inch cable back and forth to clear the stoppage in the hallway bathroom sink. I restored the flow and installed a new pop-up assembly and a customer-supplied p-trap.

I was called to fix a leak in a restroom. The leak was coming from the floor tile.

Estimate provided for bathroom upgrades. I will remove your cracked fiberglass shower enclosure and replace it with a new one. I will also replace the old mixit shower valve with a new delta shower valve in oiled bronze trim to match the fixtures. I will demolish and haul away the old shower enclosure. I will install a new drain, shower enclosure, and valve the same day. I will cut drywall to remove the old shower and install the new one.
