Hallway Bathroom (Near Garage) Installed customer-supplied faucet. Bow Tie Plumbing supplied and installed new angle stops and escutcheons. Removed existing pop-up assembly and installed customer-supplied finger pop-up. All components were properly installed and secured. System was tested and no leaks were found. Everything is functioning properly. Warranty Warranty applies only to parts supplied by Bow Tie Plumbing. Job – Kitchen Sink (Leak Inspection) Customer reported a leak under the kitchen sink. Performed further inspection and found no damaged or defective pipes. Replaced necessary seals and ensured all connections were properly tightened. Service Summary: Called back for a toilet that was not draining properly. The toilet tank was replaced, but the issue continued. After further inspection, the toilet was pulled and it was discovered that the plastic horn from the wax ring was causing a blockage. The wax ring was removed and replaced with a non-horn wax ring. The toilet was reinstalled and tested, and it is now draining properly.

Scheduled to install two customer-supplied toilets. We will remove and haul away the existing toilets—one located in the master bathroom and the second in the hallway bathroom. After setting the new bowls and tanks, we will test both toilets to ensure proper operation and confirm there are no leaks. We will also secure each toilet and apply clear caulking around the base to provide stability and a clean, finished appearance.

1. Kitchen Sink Leak / Air Gap Issue Called for a leak under the sink coming from the air gap. Upon testing, found the dishwasher drain line was clogged, causing the air gap to overflow. Cleared the dishwasher line to restore proper drainage and stop the leak. Also found a zip tie being used instead of a proper hose clamp on the air-gap connection. Installed the correct hose clamp and tested the system. The sink and dishwasher are now draining correctly with no leaks. 2. Laundry Dryer Vent Inspection Inspected the dryer vent to ensure there was no clog or buildup. Everything was found to be clean and in proper working condition.

I was called to a home to locate the sewer line. I used a camera to locate the sewer line through a 4 in cleanout,located sewer by curbside 5ft 10 in

Kitchen Sink clog / stoppage: To hydro Jett kitchen sink stoppage thru 2 in cleanout on outside wall behind kitchen sink.

Bow Tie Plumbing will replace old mixit shower valve to fix leak from upstairs to downstairs. The new shower valve will be a single handle pressure balance shower valve. Cartridge replacement: Replaced hot and cold moen cartridges for 2 faucets in master bathroom. Anti siphon hose bib: Replaced leaking hose bib and vacuum breaker with a new anti siphon hose bib. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
