Burst cold water line repair in ceiling. Performed physical leak detection by opening ceiling in downstairs bathroom. Found leaking 3/4 cold water line. Replaced leaking pipe with new 3/4 90 and coupling. 1 year warranty on workmanship. Bow Tie pluming is not responsible for drywall repairs.
Call out to gas leak in house. Gas company red tagged the furnace in the hallway due to leaking stacked gas shutoff valves. In order to repair gas leak the gas will have to be shut down for the property. The pipe will have to be cut in the crawlspace and reworked from below the house up through the subfloor and install a new gas shutoff for the furnace. After repairs are made the technician on site will check install for any leaks and re light the water heater and furnace pilot lights. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Call out to shower enclosure leaking into closet. Tested enclosure by spraying water at connections from fiberglass walls to tub. No leak found at time of visit. Leak was likely caused by caulking at base of walls connecting to tub. Caulked a small amount around the side of the tub to prevent water from leaking towards the front of the bathroom. Replaced nipple in wall for tub spout and re set tub spout. Caulked around tub spout. Advised customer to test shower after caulking is cured by using handheld spray prior to re installing flooring in the closet. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Description of Work Performed: 1. Removed old damaged toilet flange and installed new flange. 2. Pulled leaking toilet, replaced wax ring, and reset toilet. 3. Rebuilt flush valve on leaking toilet. 4. Rebuilt flush valve internals on two additional toilets with poor flush and low pressure. installed new toilet: To remove and install new complete regular height elongated toilet, closing toilet seat and flex line.

Called for a shower valve not working. Upon inspection, we found the valve was very old, and the best option was to replace it entirely. We installed a new Moen shower valve to restore proper water flow to the shower. The system is now functioning normally with no issues. Warranty: One year on workmanship with Bow Tie Plumbing.
I had a great experience with this plumbing company! They came out to fix my shower, and Miguel was the technician assigned to the job. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Miguel explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. He even cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. To removed toilet cut drywall to cut roof vent crawled underneath house removed 4 in closet bend,santee and 4 in comby and approximately 4 ft of 4 in cast iron ,will install 4 in abs fittings and 4 in abs pipe and reconnect to roof vent and sewer line.
Leaking shower tub and valve: To turn off main water valve drain system to remove and install a moen posi temp cartridge in master bathroom. 90 days warranty on workmanship
Had a broken mixing valve. So I reached out to bow tie plumbing they came the next day. A technician came to my house named Jose. He was very knowledgeable. He came in and knew exactly what was needed. He picked up all the parts needed and installed. Im very pleased to write this review. Ill be using them in the future.
