Had a broken mixing valve. So I reached out to bow tie plumbing they came the next day. A technician came to my house named Jose. He was very knowledgeable. He came in and knew exactly what was needed. He picked up all the parts needed and installed. Im very pleased to write this review. Ill be using them in the future.

spot repair and closet flange replacment: 1. Access Crawl Space: • Enter and safely navigate the crawl space beneath the house. • May require removing or cutting back insulation or vapor barrier. 2. Remove Existing 2-Inch Waste Line (Approx. 15 Feet): • Cut out and dispose of old piping (cast iron, ABS, PVC, etc.). • Verify slope and support conditions for proper drainage. 3. Install New 2-Inch Waste Line: • Use new PVC (or ABS) pipe and fittings. • Ensure proper slope (1/4” per foot is standard for 2” pipe). • Secure pipe with hangers or straps. 4. Replace Closet Bend (Toilet Drain Elbow): • Cut out old closet bend from main line and subfloor. • Install new closet bend with appropriate connection to new waste line. 5. Install New Closet Flange: • Attach flange to the subfloor, aligning bolt slots for toilet installation. • Ensure flange height is correct (sits on top of finished floor). Upon arrival, the tenant directed us to the west side of the house, where she reported a strong odor. Due to the layout of the property, we accessed the crawl space from the east side of the house to investigate the issue. While inspecting the area beneath the house, we identified a 2-inch waste line that is leaking significantly. This appears to be the source of the odor. The pipe is in need of immediate repair to prevent further leakage and to eliminate the smell.

After calling a few other companies who said they couldn’t help with my leaky shower faucets due to the older parts, I was feeling pretty discouraged. Water heater leaking. Replaced leaking 40 gallon Rheem gas water heater with new 40 gallon AO Smith gas water heater up to code. Installed new supply lines, earthquake straps, thermal expansion tank, sediment trap and gas flex line. 1 year warranty on workmanship. 6 year manufacturer warranty. Rebuilt main riser to home with new 3/4 ball valve, pressure regulator, and hose bibb. Set pressure to 65 psi. 1 year warranty on workmanship. Replaced frozen ball valve shutoff to water heater
Replacing water heater with new aAO Smith 50 gallon, we replaced old gas supply line with new supply, new drip leg, and added new supply lines and reattached t and p copper pipe, after everything is connected proceed to test for any leaks and to make sure the water heater is working properly.
Sink stoppage: Call out for two sink stoppage in room, ran 1/4 in cable thru trap all the way out in room 22 did not clear plumber from school show me were they had drill a a hole to ran there cable in room 23,had to cut 1 1/2 roof vent to run 1 /2 cable ran cable 65ft all the way out did not clear ,the teacher from 21 told her sink was backing up to went into room found 1 1/2 brass plug below cabinet had to cut brass plug out ran 1/2 cable all the way out, had to go back and forth to clear stoppage.
Completed three shower handle repairs: removed and replace two sets of three handle stems,seats,flanges and 1/2 ip tub spout on two tub and shower valves. installed a 1 in ball valve in back of house on water main to condo.
Provided estimate to remove leaking 50 gallon water heater and install a 50 gallons AO Smith gas water heater,water heater flex lines, 3 /4 ip ball valve 1/2 gas flex, 1/2 gas sediment trap tee,water heater pan, water heater straps and reconnect to 3/4 copper drain to t/p valve . Will haul away old water heater. 1 yr warranty on workmanship 5yrs warranty with manufactory.
