To install customer supplied fiberglass service sink with pull down sprayer faucet in garage next to washing machine will have to cut drywall behind washing machine and dryer to locate 2 in waste and water lines .Will turn off water main drain system install 1/2x 1/2propress tees on cold and hot water lines will install approximately approximately 40ft of 1/2 copper pipe expose on drywall and install two 1/2x3/8 compression 1/4 turn angle stops. Also will install 2 in and 1 1/2 abs pipe expose on wall will strap all water lines and drain line to drywall reconnect waste to 2in abs drain and install a 2in abs cleanout behind washing machine and dryer.
Master bathroom toilet leaking from base. Pulled and reset toilet with new wax ring and closet bolts. Installed customer supplied toilet seat and bidet. 1 year warranty on workmanship. No warranty on customer supplied parts.

Customer called for a dryer vent that was full of water and could not use the dryer. Upon arrival, we inspected the vent and used a shop vacuum to remove all the water until proper airflow was restored. After removing the water, we tested the dryer and confirmed it was working properly again. We also used a camera to inspect the vent line and verified there were no blockages. Vent is now functioning correctly.
Customer called for issues with the garbage disposal. Upon arrival, tested unit by running water and operating the disposal. After inspection and testing, determined the garbage disposal had failed internally and was no longer functioning properly. Replacement was necessary. Work Performed: • Removed existing garbage disposal. • Installed new garbage disposal unit. • Reconnected drain and electrical connections. • Tested unit by running water and operating disposal. • Verified proper operation and confirmed no leaks. Warranty: • Includes one-year warranty on workmanship through Plumbing.

We installed a new toilet provided by the customer, ensuring a perfect fit. We also installed a new toilet flex, guaranteeing a secure and leak-free connection.
On upon arrival customer show me bathroom and said line had already clear ran water check ok. Recommend to hydro Jett sewer main thru thur clean out on wall.
Upon arrival, the customer directed us to the garage where water was present. We then inspected the downstairs bathroom and found that the floor was hot. Based on our findings, the home has a slab leak. To accurately locate the source of the leak, we will perform professional leak detection services. This process allows us to pinpoint the exact leaking line before any major repairs are made. To access the plumbing system and locate the manifold, drywall will need to be opened in a few areas where the leak is suspected. Once the leaking line is identified, we will determine the best repair solution. In this case, rerouting the affected water line will likely be recommended to properly address the issue. Once the leaking line has been confirmed, we will abandon the damaged section of pipe beneath the slab and reroute a new water line through the walls and/or ceiling, avoiding further disturbance to the concrete foundation. This reroute includes: -Isolating and disconnecting
Service Summary – Toilet Backup and Clog Removal Called out for a toilet that was backing up. Upon arrival, an auger was initially used in an attempt to clear the clog; however, the blockage was located further down the line and could not be cleared from the top. To properly resolve the issue, the toilet had to be removed in order to access the drain and run a mainline cable. The clog was successfully located and removed, restoring proper drainage. After clearing the blockage, the toilet was reinstalled. During reinstallation, it was also noted that the existing water supply line was in poor condition. The supply line was removed and replaced to ensure safe and reliable operation. Once all work was completed, the system was tested for proper flushing, drainage, and leaks. The toilet is now functioning properly with no further issues at this time.

I used the hydro Jetter (hydrojetting, hyndrojetter) to clear the sewer line, ensuring smooth flow and preventing blockages. This maintenance work helps keep the system efficient and functional.

Called for a mainline stoppage. Upon further inspection, determined that we needed to run a cable through the roof due to the absence of an accessible exterior cleanout for the main line. The only cleanout is located inside the master bathroom. However, both bathtubs were full of water, and removing the interior cleanout could have caused the master bathroom to flood. The best solution was to access the line through the roof vent and run the cable from there. We were able to successfully remove the clog. After clearing the line, we tested the system by running water throughout the home to ensure proper drainage. The line is now draining properly. A camera inspection was also performed to identify the cause of the backup. At this time, everything is flowing and draining correctly.
Called for a toilet leaking from under the base. Upon further inspection, it was determined that the leak was coming from a failed wax ring. The toilet was pulled and reset with a new wax ring to stop the leak. After resetting the toilet, it was tested for proper functionality and no leaks were found. The toilet is now working properly.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, from the scheduler to the technician. I appreciated receiving a photo of the tech prior to his arrival. Job was taken care of quickly and the current deal is amazing! We will definitely be using again when plumbing needs arise.
Water leak underneath kitchen sink: On upon arrival customer took me to kitchen found leak coming from filter system, to turn off main water valve drain system to remove and install a 1/2x3/8 compressor 1/4 turn angle stop to cold side. Filter system will have no more water going too. 1 yr warranty on workmanship
A toilet was continuously running. I replaced the fill valve and flapper, ensuring a proper seal. This resolved the issue, and I provided a 1-year warranty on my workmanship.
We just completed a bathroom renovation and Bow Tie did the plumbing for it. William did most of the work and Billy did the final steps at the job's completion. Both were excellent and we would definitely recommend them. The price was fair and the job was well done.

We had our hot water heater go out. Jose came out and quickly determined the unit needed to be replaced due to age. He was extremely professional and had the unit swapped out the next day. Will only use Bowtie for any plumbing needs. Billy and his team have always been easy to work with and extremely honest. Hes even walked me through some simple fixes over the phone rather than coming out and charging us for a service.

Found a leak in the supply line from the water meter and had CVWD come out to assess to problem. The leak was on the household side of the meter, and so was my "Problem". Consulted a neighbor, who recommended Bow Tie. Your tech came out and was able to fix the problem with 2 hours, including waiting for pipe cement to "Cure".
