Scope of Work: Installation of Hot and Cold Check Valves – Tankless Water Heater We propose installing check valves on both the hot and cold water lines connected to your tankless water heater. These valves are designed to prevent backflow within the system, which can cause the unit to shut off and interrupt your hot water supply. By adding these check valves, the system will maintain proper water flow direction, allowing you to operate fixtures—such as the mop sink faucet—without experiencing backflow issues or loss of hot water. All work will be completed in a clean and professional manner, ensuring proper function and reliability of your system. Warranty: 90-day workmanship warranty included.
Clogged sewer line The sewer line going from the back house to the front house was clogged. I was able to clear the sewer line out with a flex shaft sewer machine. Did a free sewer inspection. The cast iron sewer line was in good condition. 30 day warranty
I addressed a main line blockage by thoroughly cleaning the line, running water to ensure it was clear, and confirming everything was functioning properly.
Installed new 3/4-in hose bib by the water heater shed. One year warranty
provided free estimate regarding Dishwasher Drain Correction & Waste Line Repair Scope of Work: Upon arrival, the customer directed us to a foul odor coming from the dishwasher area. After inspection, it was determined that the dishwasher drain hose was not properly looped, which can allow odors to escape. A strap was installed to create a proper high loop in the drain hose. The customer was advised that the existing 1-1/2” two-part waste assembly is not installed correctly and will need to be reworked to ensure proper drainage and function. Services Included: Removal of existing components as needed Installation of a 1-1/2” ABS tubular trap Installation of a 1-1/2” ABS tubular two-part waste assembly Installation of a 1-1/2” ABS tubular flanged tailpiece Connection of the drain to the filtration system Warranty Information: 90-day warranty on workmanship
Faucet has low flow likely due to debris. Bow tie plumbing will disassemble faucet and attempt to flush debris out of faucet to improve flow. No warranty, no guarantee the faucet will restore full flow. If flow does not improve, a minimum trip charge of 195.00 will be incurred.
I replaced a 3/4 and 1/2 hose bibb, turning off the water main. I installed a 3/4 male adapter and a female hose bibb, soldering the adapter. This job comes with a one-year warranty on my work.

I tackled a stubborn main line blockage using a 3-inch clean-out. It took some back-and-forth effort, but I successfully cleared the stoppage. Rest assured, I stand by my work with a 30-day warranty on this issue.

Call out to toilet leaking from base, technician on site found toilet to be leaking due to an old toilet fill valve spraying over the top of the toilet tank. Replaced fill valve and flush valve gasket. Inspected for other leaks after replacing fill valve. Found no other issues. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Call out to failing pressure regulator. Removed existing 1 inch single union pressure regulator and replaced with a new double union pressure regulator. Reworked riser to install second union. Set pressure to 70 psi. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Water Leak: Service Report – Under Sink Leak Repair Customer called reporting a water leak under the sink. Upon arrival, homeowner pointed out the affected area. After inspection, found burst supply lines. Work Performed: • Removed existing hot and cold water supply lines. • Installed new angle stops for both hot and cold water. • Installed new water supply lines. • Replaced existing 1/4” copper line supplying water to the dishwasher. • Secured all connections and restored water supply. • Tested system to ensure proper operation and checked for leaks. Results: • All leaks have been repaired. • Water supply connections are now updated and functioning properly. installed customer supplied faucet: Customer had a kitchen faucet for us to install do to old one having a minor leaa and had to be replaced in order to stop the leak. Onceit was installed proceed to test and make sure they are no leaks. 6 month warranty on workmanship
Called for a toilet installation. Customer had already removed the existing toilet and only required assembly and installation of the new unit. Installed and set the new toilet using new wax rings supplied by Bow Tie Plumbing. Tested after installation and verified toilet is working properly with no leaks. 90-day warranty on workmanship.
Installed customer supplied widespread faucet and vanities in master bathroom and hallway bathroom with new p traps and supply lines. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
We had a great experience with Bow Tie Plumbing. Will quickly diagnosed the issue. He repaired a leaking wax seal, removed an old toilet seat, and installed a bidet with no issues at all. Will was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. We had our hot water heater go out. Jose came out and quickly determined the unit needed to be replaced due to age. He was extremely professional and had the unit swapped out the next day. Will only use Bowtie for any plumbing needs. Billy and his team have always been easy to work with and extremely honest. Found a leak in the supply line from the water meter and had CVWD come out to assess to problem. The leak was on the household side of the meter, and so was my "Problem". Consulted a neighbor, who recommended Bow Tie. Your tech came out and was able to fix the problem with 2 hours, including waiting for pipe cement to "Cure".
