I replaced a kitchen sink faucet and angle stops.

I replaced the old supply line in the toilet tank, which was causing poor pressure and filling up slowly. After replacing the line, the toilet filled up much faster and was working properly.

I repaired a water service riser for a customer. We used pro press fittings, added a new hose bib, pressure regulator, main shut off valve, irrigation shut off valve, and set the water pressure to 75. We had to excavate and remove rocks and sand from the customer's back yard drains to ensure proper drainage. After completing the repairs, we tested the drains to ensure they were draining properly.

I was called to a home to fix a clogged toilet. I used an auger and six feet of extension to clear the clog and get the toilet working properly. After testing, the toilet was draining well.

Estimate to install new Falsken 1.5 water softener. This softener does between two and three bathrooms. To install the system we will have to cut into the main water source on the side of the house, hard pipe the system in with copper install two hose bibs, one for standard water and the second for soft water. We will install the drain line going into the 3 inch clean out on the side of the house. This unit does call for power. The customer will be responsible to install an outdoor electrical outlet. Bow Tie Plumbing will provide five bags of salt. We will also install new pipe insulation on the copper piping where the softener system will be installed.

Leak repair. Went out to a residential home and found a leak under their kitchen sink. I ran water in the sink to locate the leak, which was coming from a 1 1/2-inch pipe. I removed the old pipe and installed a new 1 1/2-inch pipe, trap, flange tail piece, and 3-inch sink strainer.

Drain cleaning service at a residential home. I used a hydro jet to clean the kitchen drain through and outside clean out and remove grease.

New faucet installation. I completed a job today where I removed and installed a Delta classic single handle pull down faucet in stainless steel. I also installed an ISE contractor 333 disposal, 3/4 HP 7 year warranty with InsinkErator, cold and hot water ss flex lines, 1 1/2 abs tubular trap, 1 1/2 tubular two part waste, 1 1/2 flange tail piece, and a 3in sink strainer. I also installed a customer supplied faucet to filter.

I installed a new 35-foot 1-inch HDPE water service with a copper connection at the meter and a new copper riser to the home with a 1-inch double union pressure regulator, a 1-inch ball valve, and a 3/4-inch ball valve for irrigation. I also set the pressure at 65 psi and backfilled the trench. I provide a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 10-year warranty on the pipe.

I removed and installed a 3/4 pressure regulator doubled union and replaced a delta shower cartridge in the master bathroom.

I had to seal a leak coming from the water heater vent. I had to seal the leak by applying roof mastic to the roof vent flashing.

We will rebuild the riser with copper and reconnect it to the copper inside the wall. We will use a dedicated ball valve shutoff for the home and a separate ball valve for irrigation. We will reuse the customer's pressure regulator valve and install a new copper tee, hose bibb, and replace the pvc inside the wall with copper.

Customer had a leak behind their washer. I went to the house and found that the old laundry bibbs were leaking. I capped off the hot and cold laundry bibbs leaving the pipe exposed. I also provided a 1-year warranty on my workmanship.

I cleaned the kitchen and 3 bathrooms by unclogging the kitchen sink and bathrooms sinks.

I replaced the pilot assembly under warranty.

I replaced the bathroom sink upstairs and installed a new shower valve in the downstairs.

I recently completed a job where I had to remove a cover and run a 1/4-inch cable in a shower drain to clear a clog. I also had to remove hair from the hair catcher in the drain. I had to move a washer out of the way and run a cable approximately 35 feet from the laundry drain to get it to drain properly. After running the cable, I tested it by filling it with water and it was draining properly.

I was called to diagnose a problem with a kitchen faucet. I found that the issue was a faulty cartridge. I replaced the cartridge and the faucet is now working properly.

I recently completed a job in a client's upstairs hallway bathroom. The job included pulling and resetting a toilet and removing and replacing a diverter tub spout. I provided a 90-day warranty on my workmanship.
