Called for a toilet installation. Customer had already removed the existing toilet and only required assembly and installation of the new unit. Installed and set the new toilet using new wax rings supplied by Bow Tie Plumbing. Tested after installation and verified toilet is working properly with no leaks. 90-day warranty on workmanship.
Installed customer supplied widespread faucet and vanities in master bathroom and hallway bathroom with new p traps and supply lines. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Hydro jetted drain lines going into septic tank from the wall cleanout on the west side of the building and hydro-jetted the grey water drain line on the west side of the building. 30 day warranty.
I turned off the water main, drained the system, and soldered a 1/2 male adapter. I then installed the customer-supplied 1/2 female hose bibb, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection.
Scope of Work: Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter will perform hydro jetting service to clear root intrusion and descale the existing cast iron and clay sewer piping. Using professional hydro jetting equipment, we will thoroughly clean the interior of the sewer line to remove roots, buildup, and debris that may be restricting proper drainage. Hydro jetting will be performed through the backyard cleanout. Warranty: Due to the existing condition of the sewer line, including root intrusion, 6 month warranty can be provided on hydro jetting services.
A toilet was clogged at the base of the stairs. I used a hand auger to dislodge the blockage, successfully restoring water flow. I ensured the toilet functioned properly and provided no warranty on the auger used.
I carefully relocated the hot and cold water lines and drain line for the vanity, ensuring everything was properly connected. I also installed a new angle stop for the toilet, making sure it was securely in place and functioning correctly.
Call out to low pressure issues. Technician on site removed aerators and flushed debris from the kitchen faucet, hallway sink and shower to restore flow.
Customer requested an estimate due to low house water pressure. Upon inspection, checked house pressure and confirmed pressure was very low. Determined the pressure regulator is failing and needs replacement. Recommend redoing the entire water riser assembly to properly correct the issue and bring everything up to proper standards. ⸻ Recommended Work: • Excavate front yard area (remove rocks and dirt approximately 2 feet deep) to expose water service line. • Transition exposed PVC piping into copper (no PVC left exposed above ground). • Install new shut-off valve for irrigation line. • Install new main water shut-off valve. • Install new pressure regulator. • Install new hose bib. • Reconnect new riser assembly back to house water system. • Backfill area after completion. All work will be properly secured and tested for leaks and correct pressure operation. ⸻ Warranty: • One-year warranty on workmanship
To install customer supplied fiberglass service sink with pull down sprayer faucet in garage next to washing machine will have to cut drywall behind washing machine and dryer to locate 2 in waste and water lines .Will turn off water main drain system install 1/2x 1/2propress tees on cold and hot water lines will install approximately approximately 40ft of 1/2 copper pipe expose on drywall and install two 1/2x3/8 compression 1/4 turn angle stops. Also will install 2 in and 1 1/2 abs pipe expose on wall will strap all water lines and drain line to drywall reconnect waste to 2in abs drain and install a 2in abs cleanout behind washing machine and dryer.
Master bathroom toilet leaking from base. Pulled and reset toilet with new wax ring and closet bolts. Installed customer supplied toilet seat and bidet. 1 year warranty on workmanship. No warranty on customer supplied parts.

Customer called for a dryer vent that was full of water and could not use the dryer. Upon arrival, we inspected the vent and used a shop vacuum to remove all the water until proper airflow was restored. After removing the water, we tested the dryer and confirmed it was working properly again. We also used a camera to inspect the vent line and verified there were no blockages. Vent is now functioning correctly.
Customer called for issues with the garbage disposal. Upon arrival, tested unit by running water and operating the disposal. After inspection and testing, determined the garbage disposal had failed internally and was no longer functioning properly. Replacement was necessary. Work Performed: • Removed existing garbage disposal. • Installed new garbage disposal unit. • Reconnected drain and electrical connections. • Tested unit by running water and operating disposal. • Verified proper operation and confirmed no leaks. Warranty: • Includes one-year warranty on workmanship through Plumbing.

On upon arrival customer show me bathroom and said line had already clear ran water check ok. Recommend to hydro Jett sewer main thru thur clean out on wall.

We had our hot water heater go out. Jose came out and quickly determined the unit needed to be replaced due to age. He was extremely professional and had the unit swapped out the next day. Will only use Bowtie for any plumbing needs. Billy and his team have always been easy to work with and extremely honest. Found a leak in the supply line from the water meter and had CVWD come out to assess to problem. The leak was on the household side of the meter, and so was my "Problem". Consulted a neighbor, who recommended Bow Tie. Your tech came out and was able to fix the problem with 2 hours, including waiting for pipe cement to "Cure".
