Branch mainline clog, utility sink, laundry and bathroom are backing up. Pulled p trap under utility sink and ran half inch cable back and forth to clear stoppage.
Upon arrival, customer had already opened the drywall due to a ceiling leak. After inspection, we identified the leak was coming from the bathtub waste and overflow assembly. We will need to replace the existing 1 1/2” waste and overflow along with a new P-trap. After installation, we will thoroughly test the system to ensure there are no leaks.
Estimate provided to install 50 gallon AO Smith water heater
Call out for leak under kitchen sink. Did physical leak detection. Found burst supply line to dishwasher. Installed new InSinkErator Contractor 333 3/4 HP Garbage Disposal model disposal unit. Ran water and disposal after installation to test and ensure proper operation of disposal. 30 day warranty on parts and labor.
Bathroom sink clog: Had to remove ptrap and run my 1/4 inch snake to clear the clog and have e working properly. Proceed to test after and it is draining properly

75 Gallon water Heater Removed and replace leaking 75 gallon water heater with new AO Smith gas water heater. New water heater will be installed with new 1 inch flex lines, 1 inch ball valve, expansion tank, water heater pan, sediment trap, and gas flex line. 1 year warranty on workmanship. 6 year manufacturer warranty. Pressure Regulator: Installed inch and a half pressure regulator. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Customer smelt gas by the water heater. Detected leak and repaired gas leak at dryer vent: Removed and made up dryer flex line to stop small gas leak. 90 day warranty
provided estimate to install customer supplied bathtub in hallway bathroom. In order to install tub we will have to demolish the existing tub and remove tile from the wall. We will haul away and dispose of all debris from demolition. We will install the new tub and secure it to the wall. New tub will be installed with new waste and overflow.

Prv leaking and galvanized irrigation line leaking. Canceled irrigation and installed new hose bibb, ball valve and pressure regulator.
Estimate to install new icemaker box with quarter turn shut off valve. I would need to remove a section of drywall approximately 1‘ x 1‘ to remove the old icemaker box. Once the old icemaker box is removed, I would be able to solder in the new icemaker box and strap it to the a 2x4 in the wall. After installing the box, I will also install a 60 inch stainless steel icemaker supply line directly to the refrigerator. If I’m able to remove the drywall in one piece, I will attempt to put it back and seal it with caulking.

Located old back water valve in the front yard, had to hand dig approximately 4 1/2 feet deep to expose and remove old back water valve. Install new 4 inch two-way clean out with clean out cover. One year warranty on workmanship.
Very pleased with this company, and especially with the service Jose provided. We received multiple estimates for a home riser build up after we discovered that ours had previously not been built to code. Bow Tie was very competitive in their pricing.
