Bradford White Water Heater Burner & Gas Control Valve Replacement Upon arrival, I replaced the defective burner assembly and gas control valve on the existing Bradford White water heater using approved warranty replacement parts. Kitchen Faucet & Garbage Disposal Installation Upon arrival, I was dispatched to install a customer-supplied kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Broken Closet Flange Replacement & Toilet Reset Upon arrival, I was dispatched to repair a broken closet flange affecting the toilet installation. Work Performed Removed damaged closet flange Chipped tile and concrete as needed to access and expose flange area Installed new 4-inch closet flange Secured flange to proper height and alignment Backfilled area and poured quick-dry concrete to restore structural support Reset customer’s toilet and secured to new flange Tested toilet for proper operation and leak-free performance The toilet is now properly secured and operating as intended at time of service. Pressure Regulator Replacement During the initial visit, I tested the home’s water pressure and recorded a reading of 100 PSI. The existing pressure regulator valve (PRV) is failing and requires replacement to properly control water pressure throughout the home. Scope of Work Shut off main water supply to the home Remove existing 1-inch pressure regulator Rework existing copper piping as needed to accommodate new installation Install new 1-inch double union pressure regulator for improved serviceability and maintenance access Restore water service and test system for proper pressure and leak-free operation The new pressure regulator will help stabilize water pressure and protect the plumbing system, fixtures, and appliances from excessive pressure-related wear. He also detected another issue and was able to provide on the spot quote which I then later followed up with them on to come and get the work done! Upon arrival, I inspected the water heater due to a reported operational issue. I was able to successfully relight the water heater, and the unit appeared to be operating normally at the time of service. Work Performed Inspected water heater and ignition system Successfully relit water heater Monitored unit operation and attempted to replicate reported issue Cycled and observed system operation during visit Findings At the time of inspection, I was unable to duplicate the reported problem. The water heater remained operational and the indicator light appeared normal during testing. Recommendations Advised homeowner to check the unit again in approximately one hour to verify continued operation If the water heater stops working or the indicator light begins flashing abnormally, homeowner was instructed to record the number of flashes and contact our office for further diagnosis Further troubleshooting may be required if the issue becomes intermittent or reoccurs.

Upon arrival, I was dispatched to inspect a possible slab leak. The customer showed me an area of tile flooring that felt warm to the touch and explained that the floor becomes hot when hot water is used in the upstairs bathroom. Work Performed Removed dirt and debris from inside the concrete backwater valve box to gain proper access Accessed main sewer line through the 3-inch backwater valve opening Cleared main line stoppage and restored proper drainage flow Tested system to verify proper operation after service Findings Debris and dirt accumulation inside the concrete valve box prevented proper access to the backwater valve area and needed to be cleared prior to servicing the drain line. Work Performed Ran a 1/2-inch drain cable through the kitchen drain line Worked cable back and forth through the line to fully break up and clear blockage Cleared kitchen sink stoppage and restored proper drainage flow Tested system to verify drain was flowing properly after service Findings The kitchen drain line was obstructed, restricting proper drainage through the sink system.
