I was called to install compression angel stops on a water main drain system. I removed and replaced a 1/2x 3/8 compressor angle stop and installed a new air gap.
I installed compression angle stop under the kitchen sink. I also installed a new air gap.
Kitchen sink clog. Pulled part p trap and ran half inch cable back and forth to clear stoppage. Reinstalled p trap and tested. No leaks.
I had found a very small leak in a tight space underneath the kitchen sink. Jose from Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter came to the house and was not only patient with me as i described the problem but very thorough as he checked for the leak. It took some time but he found the leak and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with his service and glad he just didn't do a quick look and give up because it was a small space. Provided prompt and good service. Would call them for service again if i need more plumbing work.

Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter provided professional drain cleaning for a local hair salon with slow and backed-up drains caused by hair and product buildup. Performed camera inspection on sewer for second opinion on pipe bursting. Technician on site found a belly in the pipe under the courtyard area and root blockage approximately 6 feet from the curb. Unable to push camera further. Hydrojetting is recommended to get rid of root blockage causing water to back up. A camera will be run after hydrojetting to ensure the roots have been cleaned out and to inspect sewer beyond the root blockage. Price will be applied to pipe bursting if both jobs done in the same week.
I was called to a customer's home to flush their water heater. The water heater was making loud noises, so I drained the water heater and flushed the system.
Jose and Fabian came out and fixed my problem right away. I'm glad I picked Bow Tie over the others because they did a great job and they were very friendly and honest.

Call out to leak in kitchen. Technician on site performed physical leak detection to identify the issue. No active leaks found inside home. Per tenant the leak happened when the kitchen sink and laundry backed up. Technician ran camera through kitchen clean out to find heavy grease buildup clogging drain. Ran hydrojetter back and forth to clear out grease buildup. Ran camera to verify grease was cleaned out appropriately. 6 month warranty on Hydrojet.
I received a call about a potential slab leak. I arrived at the location and performed leak detection. I found a bursted water line underneath the dishwasher machine. I repaired the leak and ensured the area was properly sealed.

To clear floor drain stoppage thur 2 in clean out underneath kitchen sink on north side on wall ran 1/2 cable all the way out had to go back and forth to clear stoppage. Area Drain cleaning. Customer reported slow draining in the backyard area drains. Scope of Work: Perform hydro-jetting of the backyard area drains to remove roots, dirt, and other debris causing restrictions. Flush the line thoroughly to restore full flow capacity. Conduct a camera inspection after hydro-jetting to ensure the drain line is in proper condition. Verify there are no breaks, bellies, or other structural issues with the pipe.
On upon arrival customer show me where closet flange was at in hallway bathroom check flange out check ok.

Call out for main line stoppage on upon arrival customer show me hallway bathroom ran plenty of water in tub, lave and flush toilet everything ok. Possible soft blockage in toilet.
Branch mainline stoppage, ran half inch cable through inch and a half wall clean out in garage to clear stoppage. Ran camera to find light grease buildup in drain line. No warranty, no proper clean out access.

We had Bow Tie Plumbing come out to install a valve on our gas line so we could hook up an external generator, and the whole experience was excellent. I wasnt sure I could trust my choice with Yelp again as my last choice with an electrician with Yelp was a fail, but decided to give it a go again. I couldnt go another day collecting and preventing food from going down my broken garbage disposal. A couple companies I called never even got back to me but I actually got a live person when I called Bow Tie Plumbing. The girl on the phone was very nice, friendly, and she was able to set up an appt with me. The person they sent was a little late but it was nice that the owner, Billy, I believe, communicated with us how far along our plumber would be arriving. William was very professional and was able to give us choices on the type of pricing and HP garbage disposals available to install that we preferred and completed his work well. I now have a working garbage disposal thanks to Bow Tie Plumbing. I would trust this company as they seem very professional, honest, and reliable, which is very difficult to find these days. I will definitely consider them again on any plumbing work in the future.

Had a leak coming from upstairs bathtub. Miguel came out and diagnosed the problem. He was super professional and was very clear and upfront about costs and potential costs. He was thorough on explaining the problem and I found him to be very trustworthy. Fortunately the problem was fixed same day. Amazing service and I highly recommend these guys!

Jose came out for the second time today to do work for me and I have been extremely happy with the work both times. The first time he came out I had my water heater replaced and this time I had new bathroom faucets installed , replaced the shut off valves and had 2 shower diverters replaced. They always leave the place clean also! I will continue to recommend this company to all people I know.
