Install new premium 50 gallon gas water heater. Includes New Emergency Shut off Ball Valve. Install new Earthquake Straps. Install new sediment trap. Install new gas flex and gas cock. Install new Hot and Cold lines. Reconnect T&P line. Install New Thermal Expansion Tank. Haul away old unit and all work related debris. 1 yr warranty on workmanship 6 years warranty with manufactory AO Smith.
To drain out hot water heater and clean debris on hot water ss flex line, remove 1/2x3/8 ip angle stop, problem is inside wall do to old galvanized pipes.
I called Bowtie Plumbing last week to fix the hotwater flow in the kitchen and to service our water heater. Jose was my service tech. He did a wonderful job giving me same day service. 2 thumbs up. The price was more than reasonable. BowTie Plumbing is now my plumber of choice. Thanks again Jose. You da man!

Ran camera through two area drains to locate where they terminate. Ran camera as far as possible in both area drains. Found roots/debris in both area drains and marked the locations.
To auger toilet stoppage in hallway bathroom ran auger got stuck pull back roots.
To turn off main water valve drain system to remove e and install a mixet stem diverter tub spout and complete mixet trim kit.
This is the second time I've used Bowtie Plumbing. Both times I've been very happy with their service. Jose was very professional and fixed the problem without issue. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Kitchen sink clog. Ran half inch cable back and forth to clear stoppage. Pulled back grease. No warranty due to grease in the line. Water pressure measured at 115 psi, a new pressure regulator is recommended.

Performed a water heater flush for the customer. Drained and cleared sediment buildup to improve efficiency and extend the life of the unit. After flushing, verified proper operation and ensured the system is functioning correctly.
Mainline stoppage. Ran mainline machine back and forth to clear stoppage. Tech on site was able to partially clear the mainline, but the camera inspection revealed a clean out cap wedged in the sewer main just beyond the garage clean out.

leak detection: Service Summary: Customer reported a potential water leak coming from a drain pipe within the wall. Upon arrival, a thorough inspection was performed, including the use of a thermal imaging camera to evaluate temperature changes and moisture before opening the wall. The scan confirmed that the pipe in question is a main drain line from the upstairs area, discharging into the main sewer line. The noise resembling a water drip was determined to be normal drainage flow within the pipe. No active leaks were detected, and all findings checked out properly based on thermal imaging and visual assessment.
Found a leak in the supply line from the water meter and had CVWD come out to assess to problem. The leak was on the household side of the meter, and so was my "Problem". Consulted a neighbor, who recommended Bow Tie. Your tech came out and was able to fix the problem with 2 hours, including waiting for pipe cement to "Cure".

Leak at meter connection underground. Excavated at meter box and cut out leaking pvc pipe. Replaced with new meter coupling and pvc. Backfilled after pressure testing repair.
Service Summary: Customer called regarding a non-functional garbage disposal. Upon inspection, the unit was found to be jammed with food debris. The obstruction was cleared, and the disposal was restored to proper working condition.
Service Summary – Mainline Clog Customer reported a mainline backup. They stated that water began backing up through the shower, and the toilets were gurgling when flushed. Upon inspection, the backyard cleanout was full and backed up. Proceeded to run the mainline cable approximately 70–80 feet to remove the blockage. After clearing the line, tested the system and confirmed it is now draining properly. Service includes a one-month warranty on the cleared line.
Service Summary: To install new customer-supplied toilets. Bow Tie Plumbing will remove and haul away the old toilets. We will provide and install a new wax ring, new angle stop, new escutcheon, and new supply line for each toilet. Once the toilets are set, we will apply caulking around the bottom base for added stability and a clean finish. Includes a 6-month warranty on workmanship and materials supplied by Bow Tie Plumbing.

Great experience with Bow Tie, specifically with Billy and William. When we decided to proactively redo our pipes due to concerns around slab / pinhole leaks, from the very beginning I felt comfortable with Billy. He was upfront, honest, and at no point did he pressure us or catastrophize something going horribly if we didn't repipe. In my conversations with Billy, I can tell that he is honest, hard working, and values his clients. There are probably hundreds of plumbers within a 30 mile radius, but I doubt there are many that demonstrate the integrity that Bow Tie does. Use them! They're awesome.

Miguel showed up quickly to my emergency call on a Saturday afternoon when my drains plugged up and water started backing up into my home. He was very energetic, kind and knowledgeable. He explained what his process beforehand and was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He put his camera down the pipe to confirm and show me that the blockage was cleared. I would highly recommend Miguel and Bow Tie Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future. PSA- Dont flush flushable wipes down the toilet! Thank you again, Miguel and Billy!

I had found a very small leak in a tight space underneath the kitchen sink. Jose from Bow Tie Plumbing & Rooter came to the house and was not only patient with me as i described the problem but very thorough as he checked for the leak. It took some time but he found the leak and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with his service and glad he just didn't do a quick look and give up because it was a small space. Provided prompt and good service. Would call them for service again if i need more plumbing work.
