Estimate to install new icemaker box with quarter turn shut off valve. I would need to remove a section of drywall approximately 1‘ x 1‘ to remove the old icemaker box. Once the old icemaker box is removed, I would be able to solder in the new icemaker box and strap it to the a 2x4 in the wall. After installing the box, I will also install a 60 inch stainless steel icemaker supply line directly to the refrigerator. If I’m able to remove the drywall in one piece, I will attempt to put it back and seal it with caulking.

Located old back water valve in the front yard, had to hand dig approximately 4 1/2 feet deep to expose and remove old back water valve. Install new 4 inch two-way clean out with clean out cover. One year warranty on workmanship.

Customer had a clogged main line, she notice when taking a shower is started backing up in the shower upstairs. Proceed to filled up the drain system then used main line cable approximately 30 feet and removed a lot of wipes. After had shower running while using cable to push everything out to main sewer and clear the pipe to have working properly again. Proceed to inspect for a proper drainage and make sure no clogs are in the line. After testing everything is working properly.

Home rise build up: Bow Tie Plumbing will rebuild riser with copper and reconnect to copper inside wall. New riser will have dedicated ball valve shutoff for home and separate ball valve for irrigation. We will reuse customer's pressure regulator valve and install a new copper tee, hose bibb and replace pvc inside wall with copper. To reconnect to copper inside wall we will have to cut more drywall to access pipe. We will screw drywall back on wall once plumbing repair is complete. 1 year warranty on workmanship.

Mainline blockage. Ran half inch cable through inch and a half clean out in garage. Cleared blockage. Ran camera through clean out to see the condition of the drains. Found grease buildup in mainline drains.

Customer has a gate valve that is no longer working and has to be replaced. Shut off water and drained the system then cut the gate valve out and solder a new 1/4 turn shut off valve.

Customer has 3 shower valves that he wants to replaced due to being old and they are really hard to turn on or shut off water when being in use. We recommended to replace the valves with moen retro fit valve in order to have the valves working smooth and properly. We will have to use our grinder and cut into the wall in the tile to get access and be able to cut the old valve. We will solder in the new valve and check for leaks, if there is no leaks, we will the new trim

I replaced an old toilet and hauled away the old one. I installed a new Sloan pressure assist toilet, a new wax ring, and a new supply line. I tested for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. I then used caulking to make the toilet sturdy.
