Noritz Tankless Water Heater Troubleshooting I troubleshot the tankless water heater with assistance from Noritz technical support after the unit displayed error code 063, which indicates low flow or low recirculation flow. Based on the troubleshooting performed with Noritz, the issue was determined to likely be related to the installation of the recirculation line. The existing recirculation piping will need to be reworked and installed properly before any additional issues can be ruled out. An estimate for the recommended recirculation line corrections will be provided separately.

Main Sewer Line Clearing I accessed the sewer through the existing cleanout and worked the mainline machine back and forth through the piping to break through and remove the stoppage. Once the blockage was cleared, I checked the line to confirm drainage had been restored and the sewer was flowing properly at the completion of service.

Sewer Camera Inspection & Toilet Pull and Reset I pulled the downstairs hallway toilet to access the closet bend and run a sewer camera inspection through the drain system. I ran the camera from the closet bend all the way to the city sewer connection. During the inspection, I identified the transition from ABS sewer piping to clay piping and located the existing 3-inch sewer cleanout at the front of the home near the bushes. I inspected the sewer line along the way and found it to be in good overall condition, with no significant issues observed at the time of the inspection. After completing the camera inspection, I reset and secured the hallway toilet. I flushed and tested the toilet afterward to confirm it was draining and operating properly.
