Branch mainline clog. Pulled up toilet to run half inch cable through closet bend. Ran back and forth to clear stoppage. Found closet flange to be corroded and falling apart. Unable to set toilet back due to flange. Closet flange needs replacement. No warranty on blockage. No proper access.
Mainline clog. Ran mainline machine through roof vent back and forth multiple times to clear stoppage. Pulled back quarter inch drain cable and roots. Ran camera as far as possible. Found rough transition at cast iron to clay connection in front yard. No warranty.
I replaced a leaky hose bib in the backyard with a new half inch hose bib. I offer a 90 day warranty on my workmanship.
To install the customer-supplied dishwasher, we first removed the existing unit. During installation, we found the air gap was broken and clogged, so we replaced it with a new rubber hose connection to the dishwasher. After completing the installation, we tested the unit for proper operation and verified that it is draining and functioning correctly with no leaks.
Customer has a sink that is not working properly it keeps on back up when used. Customer is going to have a company pump septic
I received a call from a customer who reported a Mainline stoppage. I arrived at the customer's house and used a camera to inspect the line. I found a blockage in the line and used a snake to clear the blockage. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
Mainline stoppage, ran mainline machine through front yard clean out. Cleared blockage and ran camera. Located roots approximately 20 feet in. No warranty due to roots in pipe. Hydrojetting is recommended to clear out roots.
Garage Leak Investigation and Repair • Identified active water leak inside garage near main shut-off location. • Cut into wall to trace and locate the source of the leak. • Capped off the leaking line going to the side of the house. • Applied caulking to the wall penetration to prevent insect and rodent intrusion
Provided free estimate for shower valve: Bow tie plumbing will cut out and remove old Moen shower valve and replace it with a new delta shower valve. New shower valve comes with chrome trim plate, handle, shower arm, basic shower head and tub spout diverter. We will cut the drywall behind the shower valve to install the new one. New pipe for, shower valve, drop ear and tub spout will be installed as well
clogged bathtub: Cleared clogged bathtub drain using a 1/4-inch cable. Inserted approximately 15 feet into the drain to remove hair blockage. After clearing, tested the drain to ensure proper and consistent water flow. Drain is now functioning correctly.

I had a leak couldnt figure out where it was coming from called and spoke to Billy I took a chance based on his reviews. He came out the same day he figured it out and repaired it the next day. He called the restoration company they came out the same day started drying out everything. Everyone was so polite and nice and definitely reassuring that they would take care of everything even with my insurance company.
