Customer called for a leaking shower valve. After further inspection, it was determined that the shower cartridge needed to be replaced in order to stop the leak. Replaced the cartridge and tested the system after completion. The shower is now working properly with no leaks. 90-day warranty on workmanship.
Called for a stoppage. Upon arrival, testing was performed and it was determined that the toilet was not draining properly. It was necessary to pull the toilet in order to access and clear a clogged branch line. After removing the toilet, a mainline cable was used to clear the blockage and restore proper drainage. The toilet was then reinstalled and tested to confirm everything is working correctly. A one-month warranty was provided.

I used a hydro jetter to thoroughly clean the roof vent, ensuring it was free of debris and functioning properly. This improved drainage and prevented potential clogs.
Shower stems replacement: Call out to continuous leak from shower. Replaced shower seats and stems for two handle price pfister shower valve. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Rebuilt three handle tub and shower valve with customer supplied price pfister stems and seats. 1 year warranty on workmanship, no warranty on customer supplied parts.
Customer reported a leak from the backyard hose bib located next to the garage when the hose was in use. Upon inspection, determined that the existing hose bib was not repairable due to internal failure. Removed and replaced the existing hose bib with a new unit. Secured all connections and tested under pressure to ensure proper operation. No leaks observed at time of completion. Warranty: 90-day labor warranty provided.
Service Summary: To install a new Bradford White 40-gallon gas water heater. We will remove the old, malfunctioning water heater located in the hallway and dispose of it. The new installation will include: • New earthquake straps • New expansion tank • New drip leg • New gas supply line • New gas shut-off (gas cock) • New hot and cold water supply lines • New vent piping as needed to properly reconnect to the water heater Once installed, the system will be tested to ensure proper operation, correct venting, and no leaks.
Bow tie plumbing has been my go to plumber for years. Today I noticed my water heater was leaking and gave them a call they came out to look at it within an hour or so. Miguel was my plumber and he explained I needed a new water heater and the next day Miguel was back to install a new one . Miguel was on time and very nice and professional. Definitely will be continuing to be a bow tie customer.

I was called to excavate on a grass area to locate a water leak. I used a shovel to dig a trench and found the leak. I repaired it and filled in the trench.
Hydro Jet kitchen line Service Summary: Responded to a call for a kitchen line stoppage. Upon arrival, noticed the kitchen sink P-trap had been removed by the customer while attempting to clear the blockage. Reassembled the P-trap and recommended hydro jetting the line to remove grease buildup, debris, and any other material causing repeated stoppages. Used the mini jetter to run approximately 50 feet down the line while running hot water to help push debris through. Jetted the line four times in and out to ensure the waste line was fully cleared and flowing properly.

I had a leak couldnt figure out where it was coming from called and spoke to Billy I took a chance based on his reviews. He came out the same day he figured it out and repaired it the next day. He called the restoration company they came out the same day started drying out everything. Everyone was so polite and nice and definitely reassuring that they would take care of everything even with my insurance company.
