Job Locations and Reviews
Called for a closet and hallway bathroom leaking. After inspection, it was determined that the water pressure was too high due to a malfunctioning pressure regulator. The pressure regulator was replaced with a new one to restore proper system pressure. The customer also needed a new faucet for the lavatory sink in the hallway bathroom. After replacing the faucet and installing the new pressure regulator, the system pressure was checked and restored to 65 PSI. The faucet was tested and is now working properly with no leaks.
Customer called regarding a leak coming from the hot water line located outside of the property. We will need to shut off the hot water supply in order to perform the repair. Once the repair is completed, we will restore the water service and pressurize the line to test and ensure there are no further leaks and that the system is functioning properly.
Service Description: 1. Shower Drain – Not Draining Properly • Issue: Shower drain was slow and backing up. • Corrective Action: Ran drain cable approximately 35 feet to locate and remove the blockage. After clearing the obstruction, the line was flushed and tested to confirm proper drainage. Result: Shower drain restored to normal operation. ⸻ 2. Hallway Bathroom Sink – Drain Issue • Issue: Sink was not draining properly. Upon removal of the pop-up stopper, a damaged O-ring was discovered. • Corrective Action: Replaced the entire pop-up drain assembly to ensure proper sealing and drainage. Sink was tested after installation. Result: Sink is now draining and operating correctly. ⸻ Final Condition: • Shower drain is clear and draining properly • Hallway sink is functioning as intended ⸻ Warranty: A 30-day workmanship warranty is provided on the shower drain service

Installed new 40 gallon Bradford white gas water heater with flex lines, thermal expansion tank, sediment trap, earthquake straps, gas flex line, water heater pan and t&p valve. Hauled away and disposed of old leaking water heater. 1 year warranty on workmanship. 6 year manufacturer warranty.
toilet stoppage: Service Summary: Customer reported a clogged toilet and suspected a possible mainline stoppage. Upon arrival, I tested all sinks and the shower to verify drainage and confirmed that the issue was isolated to a branch line, not the mainline. I ran a cable approximately 6–10 feet to clear the blockage and restore proper drainage.
Kitchen sink clog, pulled p trap and ran cable back and forth to clear stoppage. Found a lot of debris in p trap and galvanized pipe going into wall. Reassembled p trap and tested drain. 30 day warranty. Second floor bathtub clog. Ran cable back and forth through waste and overflow while running water to clear blockage. 30 day warranty.
