Call out to no water in downstairs master bathroom faucet. Removed aerator to find debris buildup clogging faucet. Re installed aerator and confirmed faucet is functioning properly. No warranty.
Mainline clog. Ran mainline machine through ground cleanout in front yard back and forth to clear stoppage. No warranty, single bathroom toilet doesn’t flush with enough force for proper drainage. A new toilet is recommended.

Hydro Jetting: Hydrojetted sewer main from cleanout going upstream and downstream. Removed grease and debris from drain lines and verified with camera before and after. Pressure washed the roots around the sewer outlet inside the septic tank. 6 month warranty.
Camera Inspection: To run camera thru 1 1/2 clean out in outside wall ran camera all the way to sewer main line is in good condition Also cleared kitchen sink clog: To clear kitchen sink stoppage thru 1 1/2 cleanout on outside wall behind kitchen sink had to go back and forth to clear.

Installed a new air switch for the disposal. Fixed the toilet by replacing the fill and flush valve gasket. Updated the master tub with new Price Pfister stems and seats. All work comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty.

Shower clog in master bathroom, ran quarter inch cable back and forth to clear stoppage. 30 day warranty on clog.
The existing dual angle stop serving the kitchen faucet and dishwasher is no longer functioning properly and are leaking, preventing the water from shutting off as intended. Bow Tie Plumbing will remove the faulty angle stop and install two new angle stops along with a copper tee to ensure proper operation. A scheduled building water shutoff will be required in order to safely turn off the water supply and complete the valve replacement. All work performed includes a 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Price pfister tub and shower valve hot water continuously running. Replaced seats stems and trim for shower valve. 1 year warranty on workmanship. Bathtub clog, ran quarter inch cable back and forth through waste and overflow to clear stoppage. 3
Performed leak detection to find multiple leaks. One leak found on irrigation and one found in toilet. Replaced gasket for Toto toilet and replaced leaking avb with a pressure vacuum breaker. Found an additional leak at irrigation control valve solenoid. Recommended to have it replaced.

installed new AO Smith 40 Gal Water heater: Install new premium 40 gallon gas water heater. Includes New Emergency Shut off Ball Valve. Install new sediment trap. Install new gas flex and gas cock. Install new Hot and Cold lines. Install New Thermal Expansion Tank. Haul away old unit and all work related debris.
Area Drain repair: Discovered broken area drain during Hydrojetting. Saw cut and jackhammered concrete at location of broken drain. Cut out two 90 bends to hydrojet roots out of the area drains. Discovered cracked pipe further under concrete. Tunneled under concrete to replace approximately 10 feet of pipe. Reworked fittings with two 45 bends for ease of servicing in the future. Reconnected drain and tested for proper drainage. Backfilled hole, and patched concrete. 1 year warranty on workmanship.
I was called to flush a tankless water heater. I used a special tool and chemical to flush the water heater and remove any sediment or debris that may have built up inside.
Service Summary – Slow Draining bathtub Called for a bathtub that was draining slowly. Proceeded to run a cable through the tub drain to remove buildup causing the restriction(hair). After clearing the line, tested by running water and confirmed the bathtub is now draining properly.
Miguel showed up pretty quickly, was real friendly and started working on the bathtub right away since the water wasnt going down as quickly as it should. He was able to fix it pretty quickly. Id recommend this business again to anyone.

I called Bow Tie Plumbing today because one of my water pipe valves had broken. I was having a new washer installed and needed the broken valve fixed immediately before installation and Bow Tie Plumbing was able to get help out to me the same day! I received confirmation on the window when they would arrive and they arrived at the start of that range. I received ample communication on when they would arrive. A gentleman named Will walked my husband and I through the issue and the solution. He was so nice and professional! The valve was replaced within two hours, I paid through an iPad and it was super convenient, got my receipt via email immediately. I would absolutely recommend Will and Bow Tie Plumbing and will continue with their services moving forward for any plumbing jobs
