Laundry line stoppage: To clear laundry line stoppage thru 2in clean had to go back and forth to clear stoppage.

Customer reported a water leak coming from behind the water heater, inside the wall. Upon arrival, the customer directed us to the location of the suspected leak. Upon inspection, we observed that the only line present in that area was the condensation drain line from the air conditioning system. It appeared to be potentially clogged. We proceeded to drain the system and inspected the water meter after repressurizing the lines to verify that the issue was not related to the domestic water supply. No signs of leaks were found in the water supply lines. At this time, the issue appears to be related to a clogged AC condensation drain line, not a plumbing water leak.

Toilet running: To remove and replace toto fill valve and flapper in master bathroom. Angle stop To remove and install 1/2x3/8 1/4 turn compression angle stop and flex ssline

I was called to a home to fix a toilet. Upon inspection, I found that the tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. I removed the old tank and replaced it with a new one, ensuring a tight seal. I also relighted the bolts and nuts found on the tank.

Leak detection in bathroom: cut drywall in kitchen ceiling area to locate water leak coming from upstairs bath tub, ran water in tub spray water on overflow check ok fill tub water leaking down found a fiberglass tub has a crack. Recommend to replace complete fiberglass tub enclosure.

Slab Leak: To perform leak detection check ok. Remove cover on toilet found 1/2 ss bursted supply line.

Installed customer supplied two lave sinks will have to remove one and reconnect to 1 1/2 traps.

Water heater installation includes new 50 gallon water heater, new water heater supply lines, new thermal expansion tank, new gas drip leg, reconnecting temperature pressure relief valve and new drip pan. installed 3/4 in gas line: cut 3/4 gas line in attic install a 3/4 tee and install approximately 35 ft of gastite pipe will have to cut drywall behind stove to stub out for new gas top stove.

Kitchen Leak: removed and replace leaking sink strainer,,1 1/2 flange tail piece and 1 1/2 two part waste and trap. Toilet Rebuild: removed and install fill valve, tank to bowl kit, tank lever and plastic flush valve with flapper

Call out to urinal clog, upon arrival found all three urinals in men’s restroom to be clogged and slow draining. Each urinal is clogged individually. We will have to remove each urinal off of the wall to clear all three stoppages and reset each urinal. The flush valve sensors are also not working and water is not flushing automatically.

Customer had a garbage disposal that was not working do to having a lot of pebble rocks in there had to remove pebble rocks out of the way and had working normal again.

Replaced existing toilet with new Gerber avalanche and new supply line, wax ring and closet bolts in hallway bathroom. 1 year warranty on workmanship.

Arrived to leak in wall, customer was hanging curtains when water burst from wall. Upon arrival water was shut down. Opened drywall at location of leak to find hole drilled into fire sprinkler line. Referred customer to call a fire sprinkler repair company. Bow tie plumbing not responsible for drywall repair. No charge.

Call for leaking faucets. replaced 5 cold stems and 5 hot stems springs and caps on five Delta widespread lave faucets.

I was called to replace a broken valve in a customer's ice maker box. I had to replace the entire ice maker box. To access the water line, I had to cut a hole in the wall. I installed the new valve and fittings and tested the system. Everything worked perfectly.

I had to clear a main line stoppage in a hallway bathroom. I had to remove a trap underneath the lavatory and clear the main line stoppage. The stoppage was difficult to clear, and I had to go back and forth several times.

I installed a new water heater, flex lines, expansion tank, gas flex, sediment trap tee, water heater straps, and pressure regulator.

Installed two Gerber Avalanche toilets with slow closing antimicrobial lid. Hallway toilet is comfort height elongated and master bathroom toilet is comfort height round toilet. Removed and disposed of old toilets. Replaced regulator, tee and hose bib. Set pressure at 65 psi.

I replaced old laundry bibs with new iron pipe laundry bibs for hot and cold shutoff. I reworked the copper to install the new bibs. I secured the new bibs to the wall with drop ears. I offer a 1-year warranty on my workmanship.
