Bow Tie Plumbing provides quality service at a fair price. They are responsive, punctual and thorough. Jose installed a new water heater, replaced a leaky spigot, replaced all of our hot/ cold lines under the sinks, replaced our garbage disposal, installed three new toilets and replaced our laundry bibs. Then, a week later we needed to upgrade our water line to the fridge ice maker and he came back out on short notice to handle that too. Each job was done under his estimated time frame and without any surprises. When they finished working, the areas were left clean and back how they found it. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I installed a new AO Smith water heater, flex lines, 3/4 ball valve, 1 /2 gas valve, 1/2 gas flex, 1/2 gas sediment trap tee, water heater straps, water heater pan, an expansion tank, and reconnected 3/4 copper line for the t/p drain line. I also installed a new 1-inch ball valve, 1-inch double union pressure regulator, 3/4-inch hose bibb, removed a 1-inch galvanized tee, and installed a 1-inch pro press copper tee. I also installed cold and hot water 1/2 compression 1/4 laundry bibbs and two chrome escutchens. Installed new laundry bibbs and angle stops and supply lines to the fixtures. installed new traps and kitchen sink drain and new ISE contractor 333 disposal 3/4 HP . Install customer supplied three complete new toilets
I repaired a leak under a kitchen sink by replacing the tubular drain with a new two-part waste, basket strainer, tubular p trap, and extension tailpiece.
Area Drains not draining. Customer has a area drain that is not draining properly do to not having fall, once the water passes the wall into the yard it gets caught because the pipe its higher and it has no were to go. Recommended to excavate a trench approximately 8 to 10 feet long and 5 to 6 inch deep to guide the water out and not cause a flood.
Drain cleaning. I was called to a home to unclog a drain. The customer had a clogged drain, and I had to use a 3/8 cable to run approximately 15 feet and remove a lot of roots. I kept running the snake until the drain was clear and started to drain properly again.
